Main duties of the role include:

  • Administering the Quality, Environmental, BRC and H&S managements systems
  • Assisting the Quality Manager to co-ordinate the site's non-conformance process with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers
  • Maintain records of all non-conformances, audit findings, corrective action reports and registers; using these records to produce reports (including trend analysis and areas highlighted for continuous improvement)
  • Coordination of local management meetings associated with the above systems
  • Managing the audit schedule associated with the Plant's accreditations
  • Administering internal corrective actions and customers NCR responses, updating spreadsheets and pursuing corrective actions
  • Daily quality process checks
  • Working with production and engineering teams on machine and ancillary planned maintenance
  • Visiting customers, as required

To be successful in our HSQE Coordinator role, candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Experience or working knowledge in BRCGS & ISO Standards is preferred
  • Quality inspection skills
  • High level of communication dealing with internal and external customers
  • High level of attention to detail and problem solving
  • Computer literate with experience of MS Office tools and applications
  • Proactive natured, flexible in work approach and a team player
  • Strong organisation skills
