Main duties of the role include:
- Administering the Quality, Environmental, BRC and H&S managements systems
- Assisting the Quality Manager to co-ordinate the site's non-conformance process with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers
- Maintain records of all non-conformances, audit findings, corrective action reports and registers; using these records to produce reports (including trend analysis and areas highlighted for continuous improvement)
- Coordination of local management meetings associated with the above systems
- Managing the audit schedule associated with the Plant's accreditations
- Administering internal corrective actions and customers NCR responses, updating spreadsheets and pursuing corrective actions
- Daily quality process checks
- Working with production and engineering teams on machine and ancillary planned maintenance
- Visiting customers, as required
To be successful in our HSQE Coordinator role, candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Experience or working knowledge in BRCGS & ISO Standards is preferred
- Quality inspection skills
- High level of communication dealing with internal and external customers
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving
- Computer literate with experience of MS Office tools and applications
- Proactive natured, flexible in work approach and a team player
- Strong organisation skills
