Role Overview
- Position: Head Teacher
- Opening: September 2024 / January 2025
- Responsibilities: leadership, pupil outcomes, safety, staff engagement, and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Experience: Senior leader in a specialist school for pupils with complex communication needs.
- Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
- Vision: Ability to provide clear leadership and management.
- Development: Willingness to extend personal and professional growth.
Desirable:
- NPQH completion
- Performance management experience
- Staff appointment and induction skills
- Curriculum planning expertise
