Description
Financial Planning and Analysis
Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for financial modelling
Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
Serve as the subject matter expert on financial systems, including NAV (2015) and Datarails
Configure, maintain and optimise financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT to implement solutions
Reporting and Data Management
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards and KPIs to stakeholders
Develop automated reporting processes to streamline workflows
Profile
CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis or related roles
Proficiency in using financial systems, especially Datarails or similar platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with passion for accuracy and precision
Strategic thinker who can translate financial data into actionable insights
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
