Our FMCG client based in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team!

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing and growing sales across new and existing accounts. This is your chance to build fundamental customer relationships and carve out a credible, long-term career in a thriving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong relationships with customer contacts across various functions
  • Collaborate with our Procurement team to identify market opportunities
  • Manage NPD projects and product changes
  • Proactively manage customer stock levels
  • Create compelling customer presentations using market data
  • Oversee sales and contract balance reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • A 2.1 or above in a relevant business degree
  • Ideally 2+ years of sales experience in the commercial retail sector
  • Strong preference for food industry background (other FMCG experience considered)
  • Proven ability to win new business and manage accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A confident, dynamic, and competitive spirit with a "can-do" attitude

Salary:

£30,000 to £45,000 per annum (based on experience) plus other benefits
