Our FMCG client based in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team!
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing and growing sales across new and existing accounts. This is your chance to build fundamental customer relationships and carve out a credible, long-term career in a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships with customer contacts across various functions
- Collaborate with our Procurement team to identify market opportunities
- Manage NPD projects and product changes
- Proactively manage customer stock levels
- Create compelling customer presentations using market data
- Oversee sales and contract balance reporting
What We're Looking For:
- A 2.1 or above in a relevant business degree
- Ideally 2+ years of sales experience in the commercial retail sector
- Strong preference for food industry background (other FMCG experience considered)
- Proven ability to win new business and manage accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A confident, dynamic, and competitive spirit with a "can-do" attitude
Salary:
£30,000 to £45,000 per annum (based on experience) plus other benefits
