Customer Service Administrator

Full time, potential of hybrid working available after training/probationary period
Are you passionate about customer service? Do you have strong administrative skills? This isn't a call centre based role, and the majority of customer communication will be via email, however you will also be required to speak to customers on the phone when required.

Duties include:
- Speaking to customer telephone and via email providing exceptional customer service; mainly email correspondence
- Ensuring that all payments and processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Speaking with customers and resolving any issues that may arise
- Updating the CRM system and ensuring that customer details are kept up to date and follow up regarding missing information as required
- General administrative duties: updating and editing spreadsheets, data entry, email correspondence
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
- Excellent customer service skills and comfortable speaking to stakeholders at all levels
- Able to work well in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- A strong work ethic and a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong administrative skills and competent using Excel
- A meticulous attention to detail
- A team player but also able to work alone and use initiative
