Your responsibilities will include:
- Inputting orders and data into the system
- Handling all shipping documentation
- Providing administrative support across various departments, including sales, finance, and purchasing
- Managing incoming calls and greeting visitors, acting as the first point of contact
- Organising and maintaining filing systems and databases
- Assisting with sales and purchase orders
- Ensuring accuracy in documentation
- Coordinating employee meetings and client visits
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within an office environment
- Flexible and friendly attitude
- Strong customer and client interaction skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in IT and data entry
- Shipping experience advantageous but not essential
