Description

  • Efficiently manage executive schedules and appointments.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate project deliverable and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary.
  • Organise and maintain the office filing system.
  • Support in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
