Our Client, a highly successful Girls school in Merton, SW London, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join us as a full-time, temporary RE specialist (Secondary teacher) for the current academic year.

Position: Religious Education Specialist (Secondary Teacher)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for Permanent position in January)
Pay Scale: MPS for Inner London equivalent
Role Expectations:
- Deliver engaging and interactive RE lessons to students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
- Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and expression.
- Contribute to the extracurricular drama activities and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Religious Education.
- Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Drama.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Vetting Documents:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
- Right to Work in the UK documentation.
- Professional Reference(s).
