Role Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Company Accountant.

Overseeing the processing of supplier invoices promptly and accurately, addressing supplier queries.

Preparing and processing payment runs and electronic transfers.

Assisting with month-end processes, including journal preparation and posting.

Supporting the preparation of management accounts, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, and handling WIP (Work in Progress) and debtor schedules.

Managing credit card and employee expenses processes.

Providing credit control support, such as chasing client payments, running reports, and updating fees ledgers.

Assisting other team members as needed and handling ad hoc queries.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
-
Minimum part-qualified status.

2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Accounting experience, preferably with Sage Intacct or SAP.

Strong Excel skills.

Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
