R13 are partnering with a growing organisation in their search for a Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities, take the lead on creative campaigns and grow the customer base through optimisation of the marketing mix.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in the outskirts of Norwich. The offered salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

The day to day
- Developing and executing creative marketing strategies that are inline with business goals.
- Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, monitoring & reporting on results.
- Management of the company brand image.
- Souring new acquisition partners, qualifying proposals & vetting vendors.
- Developing and managing marketing budget ensuring ROI.
- Working in collaboration with the wider team.
You will have/be
- Proven experience in a senior level marketing position.
- A track record delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Confident user of marketing software such as CRM tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools etc..
- Excellent leadership and communications skills.
- A creative & strategic approach to the marketing mix.
- The ability to analyse marketing data & results to gain meaningful insights.
