eCommerce Assistant/Technician
We have a super role for someone looking to work in the financial service world within eCommerce. We are looking for an individual with 2 years Plus office experience, who is keen to trigger their career in this area, working for a company who pride themselves in their first class customer service and value every member of staff within their organisation.
This role will hold the responsibility of delivering a range of insurance products and develop the business through daily checks and tasks which ensure incoming data is processed efficiently. You will also assist with implementation of new and existing product changes and developments with an aim to delivering changes to a high standard whilst working to time scales.
- Activation of new brokers and schemes.
- Assist with the testing of rates, documents and EDI using a variety of software systems.
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of company products to ensure optimum accuracy.
- Work to improve processes, data quality & underwriting functionality.
- Support other teams within the business, with software system issues & queries Investigate rating, point of sale and EDI data defects and work with software providers to find an effective solution.
- Assist with monitoring tasks such as daily EDI & MID submission.
- We are looking for someone with 2 years plus office experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly over the telephone, Email, and face to face.
- IT Literate with EXCEL
- Ability to learn new skills, and be self-motivated.
- Organised and able to plan, and prioritise your workload.
- Teamwork makes the dream work-You must be a strong team player, and able to use your own initiative.
- Be motivated by self-development.
- Enjoy working, and have a GSOH.
- Salary up to 28k
