The New Business Consultant role has been introduced as a natural stepping stone to becoming a field-based leasing consultant in London's leading Build to Rent and Co Living Salesforce. This is a pivotal role where you will be reporting to the leasing performance manager. You will have the desire to work towards KPI's/deadlines to support a hard-working team that are experts at matching customers with their dream homes.

Personal specification:
- A minimum of 12 months experience within build to rent, hospitality, or a customer service lead role within a similar environment
- Excellent rapport-building and team support skills.
- Superb customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
- Computer literate.
The package on offer for this role will include a basic salary of £22,500 to £25,000, plus realistic on target earnings in the region of £28,000. The company offers excellent scope for career progression.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
