Temporary Sales Administrator

Your new role
Hays is working with an organisation in the construction industry in Radstock. They are looking for a Sales Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 (part-time hours would be considered). Pay for the role is £12.59 per hour + holiday. Due to the nature of the company, this role is 100% office based. Main duties of the role include:

  • Work closely with the sales team to effectively communicate the best options for customers
  • Management of sales inbox - responding to customer emails regarding orders
  • Receive purchase order numbers
  • Order checking
  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Daily reports on Excel of invoices
  • Filing

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to provide high levels of customer service
  • Excellent Excel and Outlook skills
  • Friendly and professional
  • Driving licence (due to location of office)
