Job title: Office Support Assistant

Pay rate: £12.50 - £14 per hour

Location: Strood, Kent

Duration: 1-2 Months, potential to be extended

Work Days: Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our client is a privately owned company, specialising in supply chain, providing their services globally. They are looking for an Office Support Assistant to join their team in Strood on a temporary basis for 1 - 2 Months.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receiving data entry
  • Shipping date entry
  • Invoicing
  • Production entry
  • Generate reports
  • Scheduling of tracking and maintaining the shipping board
  • Scheduling of receiving
  • Inventory Maintenance

To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • 2 years worth of experience within the same or similar position is essential
  • Flexible, computer literate and a quick learner
  • Confident effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral, with excellent writing and numeracy skills
  • Hands on and organised individual
  • High degree of attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration in a busy working environment
