Our client

Our client is a highly sought after online retail brand, with a focus on beautiful products, and they are now looking for a new Marketing Director to drive marketing strategy and successfully lead the team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly experienced team, with big ambitions and lots of growth ahead.

We are looking to speak to candidates from a retail or consumer background, with experience working across multichannel digital marketing, as well as traditional channels.

The role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts and elevate the visibility of our client's brands across multiple channels. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is key in shaping the future of the marketing strategy, while also being involved in the day-to-day management of marketing activities.

You will be responsible for aligning digital and traditional marketing efforts, maintaining brand identity across their three brands, and driving measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all channels (digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional marketing).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, ensuring each member is aligned with brand objectives and contributing to the company's growth.
  • Brand Identity: Maintain and strengthen the unique identity of each of their brands across all marketing efforts, while ensuring cohesive messaging.
  • Collaboration across all levels, building great relationships internally and guiding others
  • Budget Management and recommendation

About you

  • Proven experience in a leadership marketing role, ideally within retail, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with both digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and strengthen brand identity across various platforms.
  • Budget management experience, with a focus on maximising ROI and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills; able to inspire and grow a marketing team.
