A HR Advisor is required to support the Human Resources department in managing all HR activities within our blue firm. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of efficient HR processes and services across the company.

Description

  • Supporting the HR team in the execution of HR initiatives.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing advice and guidance on HR matters to staff and management.
  • Coordinating recruitment processes, including the screening and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Managing employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinaries.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Participating in HR projects as required.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources ideally CIPD Level 5
  • Proven experience in a HR role within a blue collar industry
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
