A HR Advisor is required to support the Human Resources department in managing all HR activities within our blue firm. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of efficient HR processes and services across the company.

Description
- Supporting the HR team in the execution of HR initiatives.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing advice and guidance on HR matters to staff and management.
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including the screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- Managing employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinaries.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Participating in HR projects as required.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources ideally CIPD Level 5
- Proven experience in a HR role within a blue collar industry
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
