We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the day-to-day warehouse operations and requires someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.

Early shift: 06:00am - 14:30pm

Late shift: 10:30am - 19:00pm

Requirements:

Full 5-year clean work history and a clear DBS check

Valid counterbalance forklift licence (refreshed within the last 2 years)

Reach truck licence (desirable but not essential)

X-ray operator experience (desirable but not essential)
**Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of warehouse staff
- Ensure smooth warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching
- Maintain health and safety standards across the warehouse
- Operate and manage forklift equipment (counterbalance and reach trucks)
- Track and report on warehouse performance, ensuring KPIs are met
