The Role:
We're seeking a Junior Account Executive with proven broking experience who can manage and grow a diverse commercial portfolio. This is not a sales-heavy role — your focus will be on servicing, cross-selling, upselling, and building long-term relationships with clients.
You'll receive a warm handover of accounts, ongoing support, and the opportunity to work alongside senior team members, gradually taking ownership of the portfolio and business operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling SME and larger commercial renewals (approx. 30/month), with occasional high-value clients
Working with clients in General Commercial lines, clients include game developers, tech companies and online influencers
Collaborating with a tight-knit team, eventually covering when leadership is away
What You'll Need:
Previous broking experience and confidence managing your own book
Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships
Acturis systems experience
Full UK driving licence and own transport (rural office location)
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to grow
