Senior Manager - Agile Transformation (Security Clearance Required)

Security Clearance: This role requires candidates to either hold or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
Overview:
Join a leading consultancy specialising in Agile Transformation. You'll design, implement, and scale Agile methodologies for clients in various sectors, including Financial Services, Government, Utilities, Retail, Manufacturing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Leadership: Lead Agile transformation initiatives with a focus on culture change and operating model design.
- Scaled Agile Implementation: Design and embed scaled Agile practices (e.g., SAFe) within large organizations.
- Client Engagement: Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality consultancy projects aligned with business outcomes.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Provide Agile coaching, training, and mentorship to client teams.
- Business Development: Contribute to business growth through proposal development, client pitches, and internal thought leadership.
Skills & Experience:
- Consultancy Experience: Proven experience in leading Agile transformation projects within a consultancy.
- Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, etc.) and relevant certifications.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of DevOps and its role in value delivery.
- Client Management: Strong client relationship management skills.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Strategic thinking to solve complex business and technology problems.
- Leadership & Team Management: Experience managing multi-stream projects and leading teams.
