The Business Development Manager would be working directly with the BD Director in the US Headquarters. You will have direct Partner liaison with regards to the development and implementation of strategic business development plans focused on client development, profile raising and revenue generation by monitoring the Partners' and groups' efforts and ensuring deadlines are met. The Business Development Manager will have the support of a Business Development Coordinator, Pitch, Events and Communications team.
Candidates will be educated to degree level and currently operating in a Business Development Manager position with team management responsibilities. You will be handling a broad range of BD and marketing initiatives in an international City law firm environment therefore current experience in similar structure, preferably within Litigation is preferred. Strong written and influencing skills are essential, as well as an engaging and flexible approach.
