A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service/ Helpdesk Advisor to join a long standing and successful company based in Redditch. This is a growing company who offer fantastic support and training programmes to ensure you will be successful in this position. We are looking?for a hard working, motivated and enthusiastic?individual to work within their customer service team.?

  • Providing excellent levels of?customer service and meeting all quality and conduct guidelines in?line with our business purpose, mission & values.
  • Quickly identifying the customer and the level of formality required for the?specific contact.?
  • Identifying the needs of the customer and quickly deciding how to meet and exceed?those needs.?
  • Providing customers with accurate information.
  • Updating our database with stringent accuracy.?
  • Using knowledge and experience to provide relevant support and appropriate?advice to our customers.?
  • Spotting changes in trading experience patterns and taking relevant actions to confirm pending court actions or other key factors that?may be?contributing to the change.?
  • Informing customers?ensuring?they have?the information they need to?make an informed?credit decision.
  • Carrying out relevant and appropriate investigations and enquiries on behalf?of our customers ensuring they have the information they need to make an informed credit decision.?
  • Offering support and advice on credit related matters.?
  • Carrying out own research and keeping updated with industry practices and knowledge.?

In return you can expect to receive a salary of £25,000 rising to £26,000 per annum after 12 months. there are excellent benefits, including healthcare cash plan, compassionate leave, flexible holiday allowance and more.
