Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a successful business, based in Leatherhead, who are seeking a Supply Chain Executive to join their team.
The role of Supply Chain Executive is busy and varied, and will focus on managing the flow of products for clients, optimising supply chain operations, driving efficiency and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting and ordering based on production schedules, ensuring timely availability for customers' needs
- Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost savings
- Monitoring and managing stock levels to maintain optimal stock turnover rates, preventing shortages and overstocking
- Developing and implementing contingency plans
- Providing analysis and insights to support price negotiations
- Preparing and delivering reports
- Preparing monthly invoicing for customers
- Maintaining strong relationships across the supply chain
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- A commitment to providing excellence in supply chain management
