WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the Regional Operations Manager at Bubble CiTea, you will oversee and coordinate the operations of Area Managers and their respective stores within your region.

You will serve as a crucial link between the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the ground operations, fostering a feedback loop to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve all issues raised by Area Managers to ensure smooth operations. Serve as a point of escalation for any store-related issues, providing support and solutions as needed.
  • Set targets for Area Managers and store teams to drive performance, review on weekly check-ins.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews for Area Managers based on our 5 core pillars
  • Visit each store at least twice a year to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive regional performance reports, including KPIs, opportunities for improvement, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust succession plan by promoting internal talent, ensuring baristas are trained and ready to progress to managerial roles.
  • Ensure all store teams properly use in store equipment and stock management systems, driving high adoption rates of new technologies.
  • Motivate teams by setting challenging yet achievable targets and celebrating their accomplishments.
  • Hold weekly meetings with Area Managers to review performance, address concerns, and align on strategies.
  • Report to the Department Head and Head Management Team on regional performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Attend a monthly in-person performance review at our Head Office, presenting your achievements, future strategy, and focus.
  • Disseminate information from the Executive Leadership Team to store teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide input on regional marketing efforts, helping to run local campaigns by identifying relevant local events and opportunities.

YOU ARE

  • Experience: Ideally 3+ years in F&B chain store operations management, with leadership experience across multiple locations/stores.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Personal Attributes: Organised, systematic, and able to thrive in the dynamic environment of a scaling start-up. Energetic with positive thinking, a 'can do' attitude, and passion with perseverance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and relevant F&B software.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Legally eligible to work in the UK. Knowledge of F&B industry regulations.

As the key player at Bubble CiTea, you will need to demonstrate superior leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. You will be accountable for ensuring that the regions under your direction are aligning with the organisational goals and achieving desired results. Strong communication with senior executives, Area Managers, and other stakeholders will be essential. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous growth within the organisation, while maintaining the highest quality of products and services.
