Academics LTD are currently working with this fantastic Primary school in Wandsworth to recruit an experienced school administrator to start this September. The school is based within easy reach of excellent transport and has had an Outstanding OFSTED for over 5 years. The school is based in the West side of the Wandsworth borough, with easy access from Richmond and Kingston with a staff car park. The school is very well known in the borough of Wandsworth for excellent academic results and is oversubscribed in every year group. The Headteacher is ready to interview and appoint and an enthusiastic and diligent administrator to support their staff, children, parents and carers.
Duties will include;
* Keeping attendance records * Liaising with PTFA * GDPR knowledge regarding management of records * Secondary transfer administration * Meeting and greeting visitors * Managing inbound and outbound calls * Typing letters and dealing with post * Corresponding with staff and parents * Managing SIMS to maintain and enter data * Supporting staff with administrative duties
The successful candidate will need;
- Experience with SIMS is advantageous, but not essential
- A track record of working in an education setting
- Confident in handling various tasks and able to multi-task.
- Professional and personal approach with excellent interpersoanl skills
- Excellent organisation skills.
