The Role: Mortgage Administrator
You'll be at the core of every successful mortgage case—owning the process from submission to completion. From chasing lenders and solicitors to keeping clients and brokers informed, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every application runs like clockwork.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the full mortgage application process—from initial submission to successful completion.
- Liaising daily with brokers, clients, and lenders to gather documents, solve problems, and push cases forward.
- Providing outstanding customer service and timely updates to all parties involved.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring full compliance at every stage.
- Assisting with building and contents insurance sales (no prior experience needed—training provided).
- Keeping your cases organised and your team supported at all times.
