Customer Services Co-ordinator will be dealing with Customer Service calls and emails
Using internal systems for logging calls and organising for works to be completed on client sites
You will be used to dealing with Engineers and how best to plan their routes and calls
Liaise with the customer to continually keep them updated on project status and ETA's
Produce worksheets and make sure that all paperwork is signed off after the work has been completed.
