Pensions Administrator

  • Flexible start finish times* We are recruiting for a Pensions Administrator to join the Pensions Administration team. Ideally, we are looking for someone with financial advice or pensions experience to join the team and continue their career progression.

You will have your exams supported completely and offered many routes of internal progression if you desire. The team are a really nice size, based in modern offices. This is fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their current experience within a fantastic, positive team.

Duties include:

  • Liaise with all teams to ensure application information is accurate and complete
  • Establishing new pension schemes
  • Maintaining and recording client data and transactions
  • HMRC reporting
  • Completing reports and checking of third party information and due diligence
  • Supporting pension consultant and attending client meetings as required

This is a full time Monday - Friday position with flexible start/finish times to support a healthy work/life balance. Offering a salary range of £27,000 - £35,000 which is dependent on experience and can increase if you have completed relevant exams.
