Corporate Commercial Solicitor:
We have partnered with a highly regarded law firm who are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to assist the team on an interim basis for around 3 to 6 months to cover a period of sick leave.
Key Duties:
- Drafting shareholders agreements and articles of association
- Advising on Facility Agreements, Debentures and Personal Guarantees
- Providing independent legal advice
- Advising on corporate restructuring
- Advising on and negotiating commercial contracts
Job Details:
- ASAP start
- 3-6 month assignment
- Hybrid working assignment in London – 1-2 days onsite a week
