About the Role:
As a
Learning Support Assistant
, you will:
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with SEND students, offering tailored support to meet their individual needs.
- Assist classroom teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD and dyslexia.
- Play a crucial role in ensuring students can engage fully with the curriculum.
What We Are Looking For:
- A caring and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting SEND students.
- Experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive approach and flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of the students.
