The role of Operations/Regional Manager will be pivotal to the growth and on-going success of the business.
You will be influential in training, driving growth, motivating and supporting new and established partners.
This family-focused, values driven company require a Operations/Regional Manager to co-ordinate between recruitment, operations, marketing & compliance teams.
Based in our Shrewsbury National Office (hybrid 2/3 days working from home) with occasional travel (2/3 times per month) to partner offices throughout the UK
Key duties of the Operations/Regional Manager will include:
- Support Franchise Owners/Managers in strategic business planning
- Advise on all marketing, business development, recruitment and operational support
- Take full responsibility for training and induction of new Managers
- Advise on compliance
- Visit our offices throughout the UK (on average 2 days per month)
- Review and monitor business strategy, marketing plan and related activity
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews with Franchise Owners/Managers
Ideally we are looking for Operations/Regional Managers with the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience with operational support across multiple sites/branches/franchises
- Be a self-starter, confident and motivated individual
- Ability to influence and persuade key business leaders
- Be a natural communicator digitally, face-to-face and through written language.
- Previous Operational/Regional Management experience
