Our client, UK's leading recruitment consultancy in primary care are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for a driven and highly motivated candidate join the team focusing on both new business development and account management you will be proactive, results orientated and resilient. Although previous recruitment experience would be advantageous, we will consider applicants without prior experience keen to start a career in recruitment. This role is also suitable for recent graduates.

Main duties of the Recruitment Consultant:

  • Working within a busy team to support with various recruitment projects to high standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage all aspects of assignment planning and scheduling of client meetings.
  • Prepare thorough client reports at various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
  • Work within the team to support the preparation of winning client proposals and on aspects of marketing and events.
  • Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them.
  • Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities.

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have:

  • Previous sales or recruitment experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role.
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team, able to handle conflicting deadlines with ease.
  • Able to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • A professional manner and positive demeanour.
  • Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous.
  • A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Excellent IT literacy and experience using LinkedIn.
