A leading equipment hire company based in Sutton is looking for a motivated and ambitious Depot Manager to join their team. THE DEPOT MANAGER ROLE:
- Oversee the daily operations of the tool hire depot.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve depot performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, equipment maintenance, and logistics.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A background in tool hire or a related technical field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer care abilities and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
- Competent computer and administrative skills.
- A valid driving licence.
- Must live within a reasonable commute of Sutton (SM1).
SALARY & BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS DEPOT MANAGER:
- £25,000 - £34,000
- 20 days holiday + public holidays
