Description
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and create shortlists of qualified candidates for further stages.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment consultants to understand role requirements and provide valuable insights on the candidate market.
- Candidate Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Profile
- Proven experience in recruitment resourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Proactive approach to sourcing and attracting candidates, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
