We are representing a leading provider of Audio Visual (AV), IT, Security, and Intelligent Building solutions across the UK, dedicated to creating smarter, more connected environments. Their clients range from corporate enterprises to educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and government bodies.
The Role:
As a Senior AV Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering advanced AV solutions that push the boundaries of technology. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop bespoke systems, and oversee projects from concept to completion. What You'll Do:
- Consult & Design: Engage with clients, assess their needs, and create cutting-edge AV system designs.
- Project Manage: Lead AV projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest AV technologies, ensuring our solutions are always state-of-the-art.
- Build Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Lead & Collaborate: Mentor junior team members and collaborate with IT, Security, and Intelligent Building teams to deliver integrated solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in AV consulting or a related field, with strong technical knowledge and project management skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in AV design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT and networking.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS-D, CTS-I) are a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for technology and innovation.
