As Manager within the dedicated Risk & Compliance team, you will...
- Have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational management and workload of the Risk & Compliance team of five.
- Work closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance in developing and implementing a firm wide risk and compliance strategy
- Assist in delivering risk and compliance improvement projects across the firm.
- Ensure the Firm, its leaders, managers and employees are aware of their regulatory obligations
- Monitoring and ensuring the Firm's compliance policies and procedures remain robust and compliant and facilitate best practice.
About you....
- People management experience within a wide-ranging Compliance and/or Risk role
- Wide ranging experience, preferably including experience of Data Protection, Data Governance, Cyber Security and Financial Crime
- Experience implementing risk and compliance policies and processes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with experience of critical thinking and problem solving are essential to the role.
- Commercial awareness
Salary up to £50,000 + Benefits. Office based working for first six months, followed by hybrid working thereafter as per standard firm policy.
