Locum Role: Band 6 Physiotherapist
Location: Northwest England
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Minimum 2 months from start date.
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Specific Skills/Experience/Training Required:
- Experience working in the NHS as a community Physiotherapist
- Experience in rehabilitation with adults
- HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council)
- Valid UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to adults in a community setting
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with NHS guidelines
