Senior HR Manager

Looking to work within the Professional Services sector? Our client is strengthening their HR team and looking for a key recruit to manage the day to day operational HR team alongside delivering strategic HR Projects.
Reporting into the HR Director and partnering senior stakeholders within the business, your team will oversee all employee relations issues, performance management, absence management, talent acquisition, benefit provision and payroll. In addition, your role will drive forward strategic HR Projects and embed the HR Strategy set by the HR Director to ensure that business leaders are aligned to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Key Background:
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience with CIPD level 7 qualification
- Experienced Manager, leading HR teams and HR operations in a medium sized business
- Highly experienced in employee relations capable of resolving complex case work
- A strong business partnering approach
- Ability to build strong working relationships and rapport at all levels of seniority
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change
- A consultative approach to delivery
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify issues and solutions
