Responsibilities:
- Advise stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite.
- Develop and implement workflow efficiency strategies.
- Document and present analysis with recommendations.
- Manage project trackers and report value to clients and internal teams.
- Foster strong customer relationships and identify new workflow opportunities.
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience, from executive level to end users.
- Expertise/knowledge in Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong business, systems analysis, and consultancy skills.
- Experience with creative environments; basic JavaScript and API knowledge would be an advantage.
