Skills Helpful for the Role:
- Engineering Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Industrial Automation Experience: 1+ years experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on automation controls.
- MES and SMART Tooling: Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SMART tooling, or Pulse Tooling will be highly valued, as we prioritize innovative solutions for enhancing manufacturing efficiency.
- Lean & Six Sigma Proficiency: Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Black Belt certification to drive efficiency.
- Technical Savvy: Knowledge in Factory 4.0, IIoT, PLC systems, low voltage controls, vision systems, electronic sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics.
- Creative Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a knack for innovative thinking and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
