I am working with a leading global manufacturing company. They are looking for an operational HR Buisness Partner to help support them for the next 12 | 18 months.
Responsibilities:
- Support the SLT on their day to day HR Issues
- Manage all ER cases
- Support change management agenda
- Coach, advise and guide management
- Be the face of HR, with an open door policy
- Implement policy and procedure
- Performance management
- Liaise with the talent acquisition team
- Report to the Global HR Director
- Data management and reporting
The candidate:
- Experience as a HR Business Partner
- Operationally Generalist
- CIPD L3 +
- Can work 4 days on site
- Can do attidude
- High knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication skils
- Ability to coach senior stakeholders
