- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Management and employee relations.
- Manage compensation and benefits including payroll.
- Develop and monitor HR processes and procedures across the organization.
- Manage company ERP system and recruitment tools
- Onboarding of new employees.
We are looking for candidates who have a CIPD Level 5 Qualification, this is a small team, looking to grow, you will have 1 report at the moment.
