Conveyancing Paralegal /Conveyancing Assistant
Due to continued growth our client is now recruiting for experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/ Conveyancing Assistant. You will find a friendly and supportive culture, an open door policy our client has a reputation for dealing with high-quality work and delivering a first class service .
The Role:
- You will be working closely under the direction and supervision of the solicitors
- Speaking to new clients, taking instructions and opening files
- Drafting contracts
- Raising and answering enquiries
- Applying for land searches
- Review Title
- Dealing with pre- contract enquiries
- Search reports and mortgage reports on purchases
- Prepare bills and completion statements on both sales and purchases
- Deal with completions and post completion work to include serving notices on leasehold properties
- Liaise with clients, Solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage lenders
The Candidate
- Minimum of 1 years' recent experience within Residential Property
- Our client will consider candidates with Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant experience
- Computer literate. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care
- Effectively prioritise and have excellent organisation skills for a fast paced workload with tight deadlines
