An independent post production agency are on the search for an experienced part-time book-keeper or finance manager to join their close-knit team on 12 month contract (3 days a week).
With the option to split your hours across the week this is a fantastic opportunity offering lots of flexibility for someone who may need to manage other life commitments alongside work.
The Role - Part-Time Finance Assistant
- Managing client bank accounts and processing accounts payable
- General bookkeeping duties such as bank reconciliations, processing expenses, supplier payments, payroll journals
- Processing staff payroll and following annual payroll reporting requirements
- Assisting with our external accountants with VAT returns and Management/Year End Accounts
- You will be providing bookkeeping services to one director company and will need to be confident with depreciation register, accruals, prepayment journals, VAT return & MTD submissions
The Person - Part-Time Finance Assistant
- 2 years + experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high rate of accuracy
- A background working for a creative services environment like production, media, marketing or advertising is highly advantageous
