Our client, a leading B2B events company, is looking to add an Exhibition Sales Manager to their team within their international portfolio. In this role, you'll lead the sales efforts for exhibition and sponsorship packages for international events, particularly focused on the fast-growing tech and defence sectors.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering flexible working arrangements, with 3 days a week in the office from their West London location and salaries of up to £50K + uncapped commission.

The Person:

  • Ideally, you'll have significant experience in event sales with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and driving revenue across exhibitions and sponsorships.
  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, with strong pipeline management and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure while growing new and existing business opportunities.
