Vacancy: ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Hornchurch, RM11
Salary: OTE: £50k (Based on performance & ability)
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Estate Agency Assistant Sales Manager / Lister with a market leading local agency based in the Hornchurch area.
If you already have an excellent record for selling property and have previous Listing and Instruction Winning experience, this is a great chance to work for one of the leading and most successful independent estate agents in the area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in Estate Agency and be an exceptional salesperson. You will also be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated, smart and well-spoken and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.
The company would ideally prefer a candidate currently working in a similar role but might also consider an aspiring Senior Sales Negotiator with the right experience and attitude who feels ready to take the next step with a progressive and energetic company.
The Company: Our client is a leading, established Estate & Lettings agency that is expanding rapidly and on track to become one of the largest independent Estate Agents in Essex.
Skills required for this Assistant Sales Manager / Lister (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous Estate Agency experience essential
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Hornchurch area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
