Marketing and Communications Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join their UK team, playing a key role in driving brand awareness, marketing strategy, and commercial growth initiatives across the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a B2B background and a passion for building compelling campaigns and communications.

This position has both external and internal marketing responsibilities and involves close collaboration with global marketing teams in the US and continental Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business development materials and product marketing content to support vertical market and commercial teams

Deliver integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new business, retain existing customers, and grow repeat sales

Track and measure campaign success, using insights to optimise future strategies

Collaborate with global marketing teams on digital, social media, and content strategies

Coordinate UK trade show and industry event participation, including strategy, logistics, and materials

Manage external marketing and design suppliers, ensuring timely, on-brand execution

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all touchpoints

Support internal communications, including intranet content and corporate events (e.g., Town Halls)

Assist HR with employer branding and recruitment marketing activities

Support leadership with investor/shareholder communication materials when needed

What We're Looking For:

Degree and/or professional qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Proven experience in a Marketing/Communications role, ideally within a B2B or financial services environment

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Self-starter with a high level of energy, initiative, and attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint

Advantageous: experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign tools (e.g., Marketo)
