Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day site operations
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and within budget
- Ensure site records are maintained and kept up to date
- Manage site staff
- Working on projects valued from £5m to £30m
What are they looking for?
- Previous experience as the number 1 lead on site
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience as the Senior Site manager with a regional / national contractor
- Hold the relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Have experience working on Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence schemes
