We are seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager for a pivotal role at a West Sussex based Hospital. This role is vital in ensuring that procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with Trust and national regulations.
Day to Day of the role :
- Lead on sourcing, tendering, and quotation exercises using the Atamis procurement portal.
- Manage and review complex contract activity and commercial arrangements.
- Oversee the Trust's contract register, ensuring details remain accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to and support the management of the Procurement workplan.
- Lead an effective and efficient buying team to manage the Trust's purchasing needs.
- Engage with stakeholders and use high-level negotiating and influencing skills to develop and improve practice.
- Provide contract management support and advice on procurement processes to end users.
What are we looking for?
- Business or other relevant degree/professional qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative decision-making skills.
- Experience managing tender processes and using the Atamis Procurement Portal.
- Knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations 2015.
