JOB TITLE: Partner Relationship Manager

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 Dependant on Experience plus Bonus

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm (Hybrid working option after probation)

THE COMPANY: An award-winning global supplier of serviced accommodation working with a portfolio of large international corporate clients.

THE ROLE: As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining key relationships across our client's Partner network. Specialising in the UK region of their Global Supply Chain, you will use your exceptional understanding of working with Partners to ensure positive relationships and facilitate effective inventory management. Your responsibilities will also include conducting Partner account reviews, presenting Partner trends and financials to senior members of relevant teams, and identifying and managing risks connected with the supply chain.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Build key relationships with regional Partner accounts, utilising, phone, teams and email, ensuring we have a thorough understanding of their business model
  • Conduct Partner account reviews
  • Support the management team in developing effective Partner relationship strategies
  • Provide training to other areas of the business on working with Partners
  • Present Partner trends and financials to senior team members
  • Identify and manage risks in the supply chain
  • Monitor and improve Partner commission and conversion levels
  • Support Account Managers with reporting and partnership programmes
  • Collaborate with Guest Care to maintain and improve Partner service
  • Act as the point of escalation for complaints or major concerns
  • Monitor and support Guest Care and Account Managers with case management
  • Visit Partners within your region and update systems with accurate information
  • Represent our client in the best way possible
  • Keep relevant systems up to date with review notes and Partner information
  • Ensure teams are aware of pricing and availability notifications
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure accurate Partner content
  • Opportunity for occasional UK travel

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Supply chain management or account management experience required
  • Proficiency in relationship building is a must
  • Industry experience is preferred though not essential
  • Highly motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Commercially astute
  • Confident with IT, including Microsoft Office products and CRMs
