As an Embedded Account Manager, you will be the key driver in maintaining the health and satisfaction of their client relationships. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, collaborating with Program and Operations Managers to ensure the successful delivery of security, access control, and CCTV projects. This role demands clear communication, project management skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on-budget.
You will need to have proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a relevant role, within an industry related field. You will have a track record in working with key stake holders at all levels, but in particular C-suite level executives. You must have an approach that is client driven, and believe in creating quality, tailored solutions to best support your client base.
